We offer a gourmet product, wild Pacific smoked salmon marinated in wine, which requires no refrigeration until opened. Little Miss Chief uses only wild Pacific Salmon, ocean caught. It is marinated in wine using no preservatives or artificial colours. Our products have a minimum shelf life of five years with no refrigeration required, packed in a vacuum sealed foil retort pouch. The salmon is excellent for hiking as a survival food and for gift giving because of gourmet quality and attractive packaging. We marinate our fillets in wine and cook over natural woodchips.

Pacific Salmon are low in fat & polyunsaturated. They contain Omega-3 Fatty Acids known to reduce the risk of heart disease.
